The LAST CHECKPOINT!

Rainer got to our final JOGLE CP just after 3pm. There are 12 miles to the finish today and only 10 tomorrow. So less than a marathon to go!!

Rainer's still knocking out the miles at an incredible pace - maybe the thought of fish and chips at Penzance is spurring him on.

That said, we are all definitely feeling the tiredness setting in today so roll on Lands End tomorrow...:-)

    Hugely excited by all of this - my week in work has been happily punctuated by these updates and part of me will be sad when Super Rainer finishes!

    Would be great to see some video footage of the guy in action on the last day, especially as he reaches the edge of the country! An interview with him would also be fantastic to see.

    Come on Rainer!!!!!!!!
