Rainer's set off on Day 13

Unlucky for some, but bar an act of God I can't see anything stopping Rainer getting to the finish now...

Rainer set off just before 07:20 this morning donning shorts. His legs look no different to day 1 and he ran off easily with no stiffness in his legs whatsoever.

He is currently weaving his way through Taunton before reaching us at the 10 mile point just west of Wellington.
