Rainer is still flying and about to cross through Carlisle. Not the easiest navigation but he came pre-programmed with the route software package so we don't need to worry.
On our way here I briefly ran with Tim round a couple of turns and he seems better - his feet are still 'burning' but he is a lot more chipper. Tom F is tuned into his iPod and happy chonking along in his own world:-)
