Tom's in good shape

We just gave Tom his second refreshment stop of the day just before the final short steep climb up Shap... He is going at a cracking pace, enjoying the beautiful scenery and the sunshine. Rory just covered him with P20 as it is looking like it cld be a scorcher today:-)

We're now on our way back to Rainer. He was still sub-10 minute mileing when we passed him despite the first 20 miles being uphill today!!!
