Andy's having a bad patch

Rainer has passed through CP4, briefly stopping to refuel as usual but behind the dynamic duo of Steve and Andy are feeling the pace a bit. Both have sore quads and are in the minds that they have probably gone too fast for the first couple of days... let's see eh?

For Andy, this is mildly complicated as he now has a sore right Achillies that is causing him some discomfort. He's bright and funny at the CP's though and says that he has just got to is to 'Man Up'... and we are sure he will.

We are now waiting for Tom H and the pack to get here together... Let's hope Sean's ankle is starting to go down a bit as we are worried about him today which is a shame as otherwise he is doing a great job.
