Tom is getting ready for his next day out on the road. Today is a 56.4 miler which is 6 miles shorter but includes a trip over Shap. At least it is fairly early on today so he gets it out of the way.
Rory has just taped a couple of tender places on his feet and he is just downing a final cup of tea before the off.
