CP4 - Ceann Loch

We are now sitting at the 43.7 mile point waiting to replenish our runners for the final time today. We are 11 miles from the finish where Ann is serving up home-cooked curry and chips from the local chippy for dinner - yum!

Well done to everyone who ran London today and spare a thought for our runners who will have covered more than twice the distance today alone...
