He is going to start in the Brooks Adrenaline again as they have worked a treat for him today. Let's hope his achilles holds up and he can do more of the same down to Ludlow.

ReplyDeleteTom, You're an inspiration - I couldn't run one marathon in a year yet you're running more than two in a day - everyone I know, knows all about you and your challenge. I'm boring everyone in the pub. Keep going you're doing brilliant. I've driven the route you've run and struggled with the hills in a car - well done - what an achievement you've done already. :-))
