All 5 are safely through CP4

I ran with Steve P, Tom H, Tom F and Tim E for a short while earlier to make sure they took the right turn to CP4. All were going at a really good pace.

They have now finished the pretty nasty stretch down through Dumbarton and are on the home straight.

We are staying in the grounds of the delightful Craigholme School tonight, and they will be treated to showers and bangers and mash when they reach the bus - it's been a long day out on the road today for everyone - I'm looking forward to a celebratory glass of wine with Mel before she heads off home in the morning...
