CP1 - 10.7 miles

Tim E got to us first at CP1, shortly followed by Tom F then Tom H. Tim E is clearly in some discomfort but is a very tough cookie. He grabbed some refreshment then set off straight away...

Tom F is tired but in good spirits... Tom H arrived and they went off together. Tom H has a sore right quad and a hurty right ankle - he walked up to the CP but after Rory had released it he jogged off with Tom F...

We are now heading back to Moffat to get some supplies for Tim E at the chemist, then back to the CP to wait for Rainer who is setting off very shortly...
