CP2 - 21.3 miles - Trainer Graveyard

Tom F and Tim E (in that order) have just come through. Tom F came through first, managing to stick just about to 4m/hr pace - fantastic! He had his feet patched up by Rory and had his trainers 'enhanced' at the same time (heel tabs removed and a hole cut next to the little toe to widen them a snidge. His goal is to get to the Scottish border first... Let's see when Rainer gets here!

Tim E didn't stop for long. He took some food, some milk, some painkillers and went on his way.
