Tom F almost accidentally applied Deap Heat to his rather warm shin which wouldn't be a good idea! A shop at the supermarket with some new food choices has certainly perked them up - Double Deckers seem to be a family favourite.
Tom H is running much more freely today. He stopped for 10 mins to tape and vaseline his toes but is in excellent spirits and looking forward to Glencoe which is only 4 miles away.
