All safe and sound...

Well it's the end of a long second day out on the JOGLE Ultra... We had some real highs and lows today and hopefully you have been there with us as we have made our way from Brora to Beauly.

Tomorrow we head down to Spean Bridge alongside Loch Ness... We've obviously told Rainer the monster exists and maybe he will get a photo of it as he passes... he took 160 or so today whilst caning out an 8hrs 36mins for the day. He is unstoppable!!!

For the mere mortals it's an 0530hrs start with the faster guys going just a couple of hours later... today was brutal up the hills... tomorrow has the nastiest road, the A82 and the guys will have to have a good eye on the route not to go towards Inverness by mistake.

Anyway it's goodnight from Jen and Rory and see you in the morning...
