Morning, I think...

It's five am and the runners are already stoking up on porridge for the day ahead. Whilst most folk in the UK are heading back to work this morning, our guys are heading for Tyndrum. Sean and Tom F's ankles have really reduced in size as a result of the ice last night.

Everyone has been recounting messages from their friends and families. Sean and Tom say that they love their jobs but won't miss them today... although Sean says he will miss Roy as he says he likes him ;-) (Roy we'll keep you posted on your man as often as we can, he's a brave soldier). Tom says that they are going to walk the first mile or so to assess 'How broken they are'...

Anyway, got to go as it's foot taping for me next... Not nice!
