Checkpoint 1 - 10 miles

The runners arived here together at 0824hrs with Mel leading the pack... Steve G has a bit of a hurty knee and Sean/Tom both in possession of sore feet. Katherine caught up with the pack at the CP and with 10 miles completed there's already a good dent into the 56.6 miles in store for the day.
